Today i recieved these next supps:
Gold standart whey
On unflavores micronised creatine
On unflavored l glutamine
On bcaa 1000 caps
Bsn nitrix
What would you do? Doses? When?What would you add? Any suggestions?
Age 21 1, 80mts, 79 kgs, 12% bf
Just wanna get a little bigger. I wouldnt say that im looking for a full bulking cycle cause im willing to keep bf more or less constant.
