Feel free to coment my program. Looking for adding some mass this winter..

Mon: Chest + Hammies

Benchpress 5 x 5
Incline DB press 3 x 8
Flyes 2 x 10
Decline bench 2 x 8
Legcurls DC style(20RP)
SLDL 5sets

Tue: Back + Calfs
Chins 3 x max
BB Rows 5 x 5
Pulldowns behind neck 3 x 8-12
Pulldowns narrow grip 3 sets x 8-10
DB Rows 2 sets x 8-10
Standing calfrainse DC style(20RP)

Wednsday Shoulders
DB or BB presses(military presses) 5 x 5
Side latereals 4 x 8-10
Side lifts starting Behind back(cable cross maschine) 4 x 8-10
Reverse pecdec 5 sets
Military press behind neck: very light weights

Thu rest

Fri: Legs
Legkick 5 sets warmup
Legpress 8sets(YES) going from 200lb up to 900lb
Legkick 4 sets HEAVY
Legpress one leg 3 sets
NOTE: I can not do squats in any form when I'm "ON" due to sick backpumps..

Sat: Arms

NOTE: I have a very slow metabolism, slower than notmal values. I'm on test + EQ + dbol and arimidex, eating massive but clean and protein is pretty high, around 2g/lb BW: 218lb
 
routine looks good however your wasting your gear by not squatting.. or doing deads..ive only noticed hellish back pumps when on an oral (but it goes away) .but i kinda like the feeling!!!

I will be doing Deads, didn't write it though. Every other week I will drp out the SLDL and on the backday I will finish with deads, I did 4 reps on 470lb last session so I plan to get up to 480-500 during this cycle.

The squats are just a big NO NO, the lower backpumps are sick as hell. I can not stand up straight when I get them so It's not a question on if I might be using them, it's more a I just can't. My quads seems to be responding well to legpresses
