Hey everyone! Doesnt mean to much, but I was messing around with the cable flyes and got 300lbs for 8 reps (150lbs per side). Never really tried them heavy. Figured Id mess around, since I hardly do them anymore. Hopefully Ill have some better PR's on the deadlifts and russian deads tommorow and hope to hit 370-375 unassisted and raw on thursday.
Aside from that heres how my workout went:
Incline presses: 225x18 (2 short of best) 275X6 (3 short)
315X1 (1 short) then back down in weight for 3 sets. All too failure
Cable Flyes: About 4 heavy sets. The last ending with 300x8. Wasnt even supposed to do them but figured what the fuck I need a PR by any means!!! haha
And alot of shoulder work. Dumbell laterals up to 60lbs for reps and some rear delt work.
