Hey everyone! I did not hit a PR on the 1RM and it kicked my ass today. I was only supposed to do 315 for 1 rep as a warm-up, so maybe that took away some of my energy for the one rep max. But regardless I hit 315 for 5 easy reps. This broke a plateau that lasted for over a year. I could not break 4 reps in that time. It felt easy this time. I also hit 300 for 5 easy reps at the very end of my workout. Im sure now that I could get 7-9 with 300 if I focused on it. Im real happy about this, even though my 1RM attempts sucked. I couldnt even break the bottom portion of the lift today with 370 or even 360. I need to do something to strengthen this portion. 335 shot up pretty damn easily though. Progress is progress though, ThanX for all the encouragement everyone, and thanX alot brute or all the help on bench. That speed bench is making a big difference I believe. Also Ive been on NO2 and one scoop of cell-tech,plus multivitamins, seems to help alot also. My wieght was at 188 without any food in me, so thats heavy for me.ThanX again!
