I have been trolling and posting in the Anabolic Forum for a few years, but I haven't really paid much attention to the female aspects of hormone optimization until now. I have a few female clients that I work with who have various goals (size and strength, the "fitness" look, and the "model" look). I have done tons of research the past year on the aging female, female obesity, and the meds that can be used to overcome lousy genetics. Feel free to email me on any topics of interest to you. About myself: I have retired after 14 years of dental practice (back injury) and I have been involved in personal fitness for over 28 years. I have read and seen everything about diet, exercise, and anabolics during that time. I do continuing education in pharmacology and endocrinology constantly.

It is good to see more women involved with optimizing their fitness levels; personally, I feel that women will ultimately benefit more from anabolics than men. Please feel free to ask away.

Welcome to our humble boards Doc! We're all interested in learning more -- I personally wish my professional life had some connection with my "physical" life, but no luck so far....

I would be very interested in your views on this -- it seems that anabolics and other stuff such as T3, etc. can help women fight those things we hate (e.g. estrogen hips, estrogen mood swings, estrogen .... well, estrogen everything...) -- but at the same time they screw up the very thing that makes us female (estrogen). Not sure if this is what you were thinking when you made the above comment, but I'd like to hear more!

SO i'll throw some stuff at ya :)

You mentioned you have a few clients with different goals. (size/stength, fitness look, model look etc,) What do you say is best suited for these goals by way of steroids.

Also got any DIET info, as FOOD is the number one anabolic right? Maybe you can post some sample diets.
