i agree with the rest that you could have done alot more naturally before you hit the juice. you have good definition though and that is a plus.
 
I think you have made great gains. Telling you you shouldnt have done roids really won't help at all.

still as big as a pencil.....j/k nah just keep working bro..now that you have a base try to go natural for atleast 6 months then hit the juice again but use cyp/prop instead of sust

LOL distance running is how I got so skinny but I was much bigger natty before. Ecto body type that likes endurance more than strength. But I will change that.
 
personally i say you stay lean and just get ripped to shreds but it all depends on what yer trying to acheive..if you want strength and intimidation go for size if you want hella pussy get fuckin ripped

Man yer right liquid. And I plan to shred well after cycle then stay nat for quite a while. I have 3 more shots of sust(starting today) and 2 weeks of winny left. I hope to add just another small coat of muscle during this time before leaning up w/clen/eca during clomid.

I am nothing special I know but I have gotten so much more attention and looks/smiles from women since getting bigger.

Hey, if you had to guess, what would you say my b/f is. Keep in mind legs are very lean and stomach is bloated a bit.

i dont see how he hurt himself by juicing. I mean he made same gains he could have made naturally in half the time.
