not juicing until you have reached your genetic potentional
Frankly its a bunch of BS, 16" arms etc and people think they are maxed out, they swear thier diet and training is good, then they post that they eat coco puffs for breakfast with OJ, subway sandwhich for lunch, rice and beans for dinner, give me a damn break. It takes so long to reach genetic potential that I seriously doubt anyone reaches it, certainly someone like Ronnie is way up there on the freaking ladder, but how many guys start when they are up to 260 pounds, not that damn many, hardly anyone is even up there after serveral cycles. I still am supprised and dissapointed when I'm on a board, someone has done 4 cycles, they post pix and they are smaller than me looking like they've been working out seriously for 6 months. I think diet is the biggest sin that people lack in, not just in knowlege but simple ability to follow a good diet if they know they should be eating better.
There is alot of wisdom to starting with a good base, because that proves to yourself you want to do it, you know what your doing with diet/training, and I think those are the most important 3 issues to cover. I say again, look at how many people say "dont start until your maxed out", and then ask when they started, and I bet you will be dissapointed 99% of the time. I am not Ronnie nor do I pretend to be, but I have been around off and on for 15 years, and there are all to many people who just refuse to look into thier diet further and refuse to work hard on a regular basis.
