Yeah but that's because Europe is in it's majority socialist. There are fewer millionaires because governments rip their pockets off with taxes. There are fewer homeless because governments give the lazy people benefits from those taxes. So the system makes them be all almost at the same level.

With our system we have poor people either because they are lazy or have less IQ. But as soon as they put those arms, legs and brain to work, they can jump into middle class. If they are smart enough, they can be millionaires. That's called freedom my friend.

Not sure about western Europe, but I know the mentality in Eastern Europe for 3 generations, was to let the government take care of you. The government controlled the jobs & stores, there was no incentive to excel. Hard to reprogram an ingrained work ethic.

Not necessarily. It's certainly true that someone with motivation can succeed, but in a way, it's like Eastern Europe. Generations of poverty can program people to be stuck in their socio economic paradigm. Racism has been a part of it, but part of it too is just plain opportunity. If you have a lot of people with no cars & no opportunity to learn a trade (of which there is a finite number of openings) then people get stuck. You could be the best worker at your Burger Thing, but when you go to apply for a job as a mechanic, that's gonna do diddly squat for you.

No matter how you look at it, there is a requirement for people to work at these low paying jobs. They will never pay more, yet people cannot survive on this one job. Hence working poor.

I never said I prefer the EU system. I do think its more free and more just in the USA concerning this issue.

I´m strongly opposed to socialism. I vote whats closest to a Libertarian Party, although a real one doesn´t exist here.

Its only the gullible, the naive and the altruistic millionaires that get fucked in the ass like this. I know people with homes in 4 countries and luxury cars that make 25 k a year as far as the tax agency knows. You have to know the game though. Most people don´t or are afraid or not dedicated enough to play it. It´s not even all illegal. A lot can be done inside the law

There´s a whole post-agrarian rural area of Belgium that is according to statistics the poorest part and needs help etc but in reality it is beefed with drenched through money from the textiles and food industries and it´s full of BMWs and Mercedes and Jaguar that are registered in Luxembourg and full of old farms that have been properly pimped on the inside by tax evading workers. They have their own little system down there. Funny thing is they have the most hick accent ever. Think Beverly Hillbillies.

The biggest bitch in the world of bitchy bitches is the death tax. If the person isn´t a spouse or a child of the deceased they are like fucking 60%.

It has next to murdered European nobility and makes it hard for anyone to have a dynasty.
