Just wanted to say hello and get some good advice.

I am 35 5'5 and 171lbs @ 15% bf.
I train 5 days a week. Eat 6 times a day 30 grams of carbs and 36.8 grams of protein per meal. Cardio 3-4 times a week depends on time tough with a kid.

My question is I just started taking Winstrol orals 50mg a day. Today is day 5 what am i supposed to feel? I know I have a hard time getting to sleep at night.
And have you ever seen winstrol in 50mg capsules?

That is a very precise number for grams of protein. What are your eating? Also I would like you to bump that up a bit (try to get another 50g ed).

U may have a little bit of strength increase. I never had any troubles sleeping on winstrol.

I have only seen 25mg. I like to split up my dose, 25mg in the am and 25mg in the pm. Winstrol's half life is about 8 hours.
 
I see a nutritionist. Every week I weight in and every other week he does my body fat. For carbs I eat brown rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal. For protein chicken, eggs, fish typical diet food. Protein shakes with a carb powder.

The Winstrol that I have is 50mg capsules. I showed them to someone who knows allot about this stuff and he said they were homemade and he said he has never seen them in capsules before. A friend gave me a 4 week supply for free. This is the first time I have ever done anything.

u may not see a whole lot of gains from a 4 week only cycle of winstrol.
 
Welcome to the borad. It sounds like you're in a bit of a - Kunuldrum - Its always nice to receive great free gifts...But it is always best if you can be sure of what you have and the strength of dosages. It sounds like in your case though, even if you are certain of your source and the product, its been put togather in a format that is going to make it a little difficult to follow 8and20's advise (25mg/am/pm)...and you should trust his experience. Good luck, this is a GREAT board with a lot of entertaining personalities, and a great amount of first hand personal experiences. Fantastic group, but you should invest a little more time and a lilttle more responsibility for what your consumming, it take a lot of time (I know the kid) and some risk, but you try and make it a very calculated process, and you'll be so much more satisfied with your results. Stick around, ask lots of questions, read the rules at the top of the page, and come on back and have fun.

30g x 4 kcals/g of carbs = 120 x 6 meals = 720 kcals

36.8 g protein x 4 kcals/g of protein = 147.2 x 6 meals = 883 kcals

1603 kcals a day from 180 g of carbs and 220 g of protein

What fat are you eating besides the fat in eggs, oats, chicken?

Mate, no offense, but I weigh less than you and I am eating more per meals and more kcals/day on a competition diet.

If you want to put on some muscle, you are going to have to eat more.

You can't sleep at night cause you are starving your body, and anyone who has done a serious cutting diet/carb deplete knows that it is hard to sleep.

Your body wants to stay awake to look for food.

Yeah I don't see a drastic increase in results in just 4 weeks with an oral. Ever thought about injections at all helps on the liver. Just a thought.

Good Luck...Eat more! Don't be afraid of fat or putting on some to bulk
 
I was trying to lose fat on this diet not put on size. I have been on this diet for a few months now. I lost 25lbs on this diet already and would like to lose another 15lbs. I have not lost any muscle either. Not being able to sleep at night started when I started the Winstrol 5 days ago.

I haven't thought about injections and I wouldn't be opposed to it. I figured I would give this a shot and go from there. I have allot to learn.
