The third thing you need to do is treat everyone with respect. With the exception of the occasional a-hole drifting in, this board is made up of far more knowledgable people than anywhere else. You'll get some b-r-o-a-d differeneces of opinion. But that's far better than having a little clique of flamers dominating the board.

Welcome to Elite, what are your stats?

My stats are: 210lbs 5'11" B.F. %unknown right now but too high due to too much ice cream and donuts. MMM that sounds good doesnt it. I have been training about 3 years. But started slacking a lil the past 9 months due to my wife being pregant. Just had a beautiful baby girl "Emma" and now it is time to get back in shape. I think i put weight on so my wife wouldnt feel so bad...yeah that was it. Anyway I am ready to hit it and hit it hard . Got my stash ready and waiting. I will post some pics as soon as i get my cam fixed. Nothing to be impressed by just a normal 210 pounder
