I am guessing close to %17, If you make $1000 paycheck you can count on at least at least almost $200.00 off in taxes. But then everything else is also taxed so no matter what you buy or do their is a tax put on it.

I'm not believing anything near 17-20%. From what I've heard, Canadians pay something closer to 40% of their paycheck in taxes. Gonna need someone trustworthy like Woot or Cali to confirm.
