New Member 1st cycle Q's

greetings....i'm new here....let me introduce myself.....i'm rocco, how.

i come for advice. will be starting cycle soon and wondered what anyone thought. i know, "another damn newbie post". lol bare with me if you will. first off, i already did two weeks 100mg deca, then 4 off just to "prime my blood" quote/unquote. this is not stuff i'm coming up with off the top of my head. this is what was advised to me. anyways, whatchyall think?:
this is "staggered bulk cycle", but would probably speed up fat loss at same time……huh, what? lol

26 yr, 5’9”, 161 lb, 13bf (all fat tire)
BMI = 2800 (burn avg. 6-700 more on workout)
15” arms

Week 1,2 – 200mg Deca
Week 3-8 – 300mg Deca, 250mg Test E
Week 9,10 – 250mg Test E
<br> PCT Week 9 – 1500iu HCG day 1 & 6, then 1000iu day 11, 16, and 21 for total of 6000iu/3weeks
Week 13 – 300mg C day 1, 100mg C day 2-11, 50mg C day 12-21
Using AIFM during cycle (no probs with deca so far)

(First of all, who is all for splitting the dose up to at least 2 shots a week rather than mixing into 1 shot a week?? Stable blood levels? No? does it matter?)

If I want to cut down on BF percentage while still adding LM, then should diet be?:
~2500 cal – 100g fat, 80g carb, 250g protein (approximate values, which is about what my diet consist of anyway, plus extra carbs on w.o. days)

I know I will need the carbs for energy and proper protein synthesis, but I don’t want the extra storing as fat. And I need as many calories (and even carbs) as possible to gain mass……

So, where’s the trade-off here?

Or should I go at least 3500 calories and do a cut cycle afterwards……obviously its hard to cut/bulk at the same time, but I’ve seen it happen with many folks on a deca/test cycle……I think it’s the deca…..anyone else with personal experiences? Appreciate it….

oh, my wo schedule is, in short:
mon - legs, calves
tues - tri, bi
wed - just cardio
thur - traps, shoulder
fri - back, neck
mainly the 5x5 variety, but every 2 weeks or so, i'll do a week of full-body workouts (same days) to flip my body out and get extra movement, etc,etc....

p.s. sorry for the book....but i know yall like as much info as possible
 
i got bored and didnt reed it all BUT your cycle sucks. If its your 1st cycle i would recomend 1 of the 2 even thoe there are plenty that will work
week 1-10 test 500mg a week, 1-4 d-bol30mg a day
week1-10test 500mg a week, deca 25-350 a week
for pct i would just run nolva, clomid, and hcg500-1000 ius a day for 10 days stright. Just make sure you do it RIGHT the first time

Is this your first cycle...? how long have you been training...???
 
probably one of the worst cycle layouts i have ever seen. you should go punch whoever told you that, and the 2 weeks of deca to "prime your blood? dumbest thing i have ever heard.

anyway, just do

500mg test E per week (split into 2 shots, mon and thrus)
AIFM throughout

for PCT
HCG at 500iu per day for 10 strait days
clomid as you have layed out
10-20mg nolv for 3-6 weeks
aifm
 
I got to say, like the other did, your cycle needs work. First off, you don't need hcg with that cycle. In fact don't do it at all ... yet. Good pct is all you need no need to complicate your first cycle. I wont get into the fact that you should train naturakky until your bodyweight is 10-15 lbs heavier for your height. Seriously thought "prime my blood" umm you just wasted your deca. Swolk said it perfectly. Keep it simple

agreed.

but i would run HCG during pct... brings your nuts completely back to size and make a big differance in recovery. The cycle i just finished, i did not think my nuts had shrunk, but when i ran the HCG i realized they had some. it brought them right back

you are a pretty small guy bro, are you sure you are ready for steroids? how long have you been training? if you are 160 now, what were you when you started training?

haha, yeah i've read several places about the 2 on/4 off cycle....but never to "prime" the start of another cycle.....peeps in the the gym are always just way out there for some reason....

yeah, as far as mass and comparative terms, i'm not that big. i think i'm at a plateau or something - the past year with diet/wo plan in action, i've gained around 15 lbs LM. i know that can be laughed at, but i think i'm a hard gainer.....very hight metabolism and probably could eat more. everyone has a point where they want to "go to the next level"....i think thats me right here.....

i want to use aas to help me achieve those few hard to get extra lbs.....increase my rep strength....feel better, etc, etc...

btw, mikefear - i don't have any dbol, but i do have aifm on hand!!

Do you think he need it either way for a beginner cycle ?
I would recommend 250 - 500 i.u. 2 x week during an extended cycle, but for an 10 weeker, hmm ?

You aint kidding. Someone was trying to explain the other day how trying to run a bulking cycle following a cycle of winnie made it tough to gain since " the winnie made your muscles so tight and hard, its gonna be hard for them to expand and grow again". He said this all with alot of descriptive hand motion and emotion in his voice. He was obviously thoroughly convinced of this concept. I have a feeling his jerky source relayed this info to him along with some other jacked off info (including 100mg/day of anadrol for extended periods, along with the notion that PCT is not needed and a waste.) Hes a very nice guy and knows a lot of people, but is lacking a bit in the IQ department and takes the word of his source over all, regardless). This type of information is dangerous for those who aren't sensible enough to research properly. The only thing worse then being extremely stupid is being extremely stupid and not realizing it.
