greetings....i'm new here....let me introduce myself.....i'm rocco, how.
i come for advice. will be starting cycle soon and wondered what anyone thought. i know, "another damn newbie post". lol bare with me if you will. first off, i already did two weeks 100mg deca, then 4 off just to "prime my blood" quote/unquote. this is not stuff i'm coming up with off the top of my head. this is what was advised to me. anyways, whatchyall think?:
this is "staggered bulk cycle", but would probably speed up fat loss at same time……huh, what? lol
26 yr, 5’9”, 161 lb, 13bf (all fat tire)
BMI = 2800 (burn avg. 6-700 more on workout)
15” arms
Week 1,2 – 200mg Deca
Week 3-8 – 300mg Deca, 250mg Test E
Week 9,10 – 250mg Test E
<br> PCT Week 9 – 1500iu HCG day 1 & 6, then 1000iu day 11, 16, and 21 for total of 6000iu/3weeks
Week 13 – 300mg C day 1, 100mg C day 2-11, 50mg C day 12-21
Using AIFM during cycle (no probs with deca so far)
(First of all, who is all for splitting the dose up to at least 2 shots a week rather than mixing into 1 shot a week?? Stable blood levels? No? does it matter?)
If I want to cut down on BF percentage while still adding LM, then should diet be?:
~2500 cal – 100g fat, 80g carb, 250g protein (approximate values, which is about what my diet consist of anyway, plus extra carbs on w.o. days)
I know I will need the carbs for energy and proper protein synthesis, but I don’t want the extra storing as fat. And I need as many calories (and even carbs) as possible to gain mass……
So, where’s the trade-off here?
Or should I go at least 3500 calories and do a cut cycle afterwards……obviously its hard to cut/bulk at the same time, but I’ve seen it happen with many folks on a deca/test cycle……I think it’s the deca…..anyone else with personal experiences? Appreciate it….
oh, my wo schedule is, in short:
mon - legs, calves
tues - tri, bi
wed - just cardio
thur - traps, shoulder
fri - back, neck
mainly the 5x5 variety, but every 2 weeks or so, i'll do a week of full-body workouts (same days) to flip my body out and get extra movement, etc,etc....
p.s. sorry for the book....but i know yall like as much info as possible
