I am starting a new Mass gain diet this upcoming week and I wanted to know what you all thought about it and if it's good enough. Any hints and advice would be highly appreciated, thanks.
Meal 1:
10 Eggs (6-7 Whole)
3 packs of instant Oatmeal
1 Banana
1 Yogurt
Meal 2:
Protein Shake
1.5 Cups of Rice
Meal 3:
8oz of Meat of my Choice
2 Cups of Pasta
1 Apple
1 Yogurt
Meal 4 (Pre Workout):
1 can of Tuna
1 Sweet Potato
1-2 Cups of Broccoli
Meal 5 (Post Workout):
Protein Shake (High Protein Whey isolate with BCAA's)
Meal 6:
8-10oz of Meat of my choice
2 cups of Rice
1 cup of Mixed Veggies
Meal 7:
Protein Shake (Casein Protein with BCAA's)
1 Yogurt
Meal 8 (Optional):
Late night Snack/Shake
