New Mass Diet.. Advice Please...

I am starting a new Mass gain diet this upcoming week and I wanted to know what you all thought about it and if it's good enough. Any hints and advice would be highly appreciated, thanks.

Meal 1:
10 Eggs (6-7 Whole)
3 packs of instant Oatmeal
1 Banana
1 Yogurt

Meal 2:
Protein Shake
1.5 Cups of Rice

Meal 3:
8oz of Meat of my Choice
2 Cups of Pasta
1 Apple
1 Yogurt

Meal 4 (Pre Workout):
1 can of Tuna
1 Sweet Potato
1-2 Cups of Broccoli

Meal 5 (Post Workout):
Protein Shake (High Protein Whey isolate with BCAA's)

Meal 6:
8-10oz of Meat of my choice
2 cups of Rice
1 cup of Mixed Veggies

Meal 7:
Protein Shake (Casein Protein with BCAA's)
1 Yogurt

Meal 8 (Optional):
Late night Snack/Shake
 
Why do people post things like this but don't post the overall macros like 350 protein, 350 carbs, 80 fat, blah blah blah. Anyway, looks good but maybe a little less carbs, more protein, and more fat. I don't see any fat in this diet at all besides if for your meats you eat steak. Throw in some nuts, olive oil, coconut oil, fish oil, peanut butter. It would help more if you listed out the exact macros and calories for each meal and then overall for the day. I would do it myself but I'm too lazy lol.

Yea exactly that takes loads of time and information for each meal. By the way I do take fish oil each day and plenty other supps. that I didn't list here only because I didn't think it was necessary, I only wanted to list the food intake. Also I do eat all natural Peanut butter with high fiber and High protein bread just about a sandwich or two every day almost. Thanks bro.
 
i personally dont look at macro break downs i dont give a shit how many calories im eating. your meals look good. i personally would add some more veggies to your meals. get them in every single meal. after a while try adding more protein.

Ok will do. I'll try to add like asparagus to every meal.

O alright it looks good then now that I know your getting some healthy fats. I highly reccomend getting some fat from Coconut oil too. Try cooking a steak or eggs with it, adds the slightest hint of coconut but its nice and it's one of the healthiest fats you can get with a boatload of benefits that help bobybuilders and for overall health.

Awesome will do I'm going to get some today. I love coconut lol, so I'm sure I'll love cooking my foods with it.
