Hello, everyone Im 12.5 st and 29 and 6 ft ! I have been eating a lot of food each day beef 3 times a day etc, over the last 3 weeks and lifting 30 mins every other day, I aslo do 4 hours a week martial arts which burns calories a lot I have a super fast metabolism and poo like 4-5 times a day:evil:

I am geting bust up due to me being so skinny , im also super impatient :chomp:

I have seen no improvement to my size or weight over the 3 weeks. ow I also did 3 tubs of progain 6 shakes a day give or take,

im looking fore advice, and help to get big! lean and big! I have been thinking of doing 6 week,s of test ,E.

would this be a wise thing to do, I just need a jump start ? I have not read the pages and pages of rules yet,

I hope to learn where to, and where not to "look" fore things :evil:

thanks fore your time am reeding the 101 right now and will get back with diet etc, realy need help with diet , what lifts to do etc, i work out at home, etc etc please give your advice,

Try changing up your workout routine and diet.
Check out the diet and lifting forums on EF. There is some great advice for people in exactly your situation.
If you are thinking of aas, I suggest you read these forums for a couple weeks, and also check out drugsprofiles.com
Dont jump into something you have no idea about.

I use a old multi gym it's basic just starting out, I plan to get a new good one soon, also dumbells etc, chin up bar........ thanks fore your post,

I am impatient, thing is I keep geting broken ribs! and 3-4 week pains after I train ninjutsu! as I am slim, I wish to jump on test,E. fore 6 weeks, to start my training fore this reason!

thats why i said impatient , right now im fixing up my diet and reeding 101.

6 weks of test,E will help me a lot , I was looking fore advice,

6 weeks of test e wont do that much. It takes 4-5 weeks to start feeling it. You need a shorter ester to get quicker results. Or try a faster acting oral.

ok thanks I was planing on 6 weeks just to stay safe as it,s my first go ,ok sumthing like d bol ? or more time on test,e any advice please help me out, thanks fore your post,
 
Dude bulking up will take a lot longer then three weeks, first you need to develope certain muscles before they will grow, test e is no good if you only want to run for six weeks, test prop would be better
 
A good beginners cycle would be, weeks 1-10/12 week of test e, and weeks 1-4/5 of dbol . Dbol as a kick start.

intresting very intresting, I think I will post up what my plan was,

fincar each day
armidex ever other day
clomid every other day
saw palmetto each day


in last week finasteride each day no test.
arimidex each day
100 mg of clomid each day

very last week armidex every other day and 50 mg of clomid

eating right and taking 2 showers a day using epson salts and chlorine now and then in the tub! acutane ?

sumthing like that give or take what do you think ?
 
What do u mean by eatingg right? Sounds like if your eating right and training right u would be growing just fine
. BB is about discipline, putting in the time(diet/training ) required to get and maintain good required. U cannot be impatient in this hobby.
 
U can gain without the use of ass by eating more. At 6ft and 175lbs ur not ready. I'm smaller than u and weigh more.

Not if you don't know the importance of eating/ training right. Yes you can gain while juicing but not all will be quality muscle. Then when you come off you lose it all due to poor pct /training and diet. Ass are not magic pills.

Mate asking that shows you need to do more research on the subject. I don't use 'em but I joined this site looking for info after pushing the same weight for nearly a year thinking I'd reached that limit, turns out I needed my diet and training tweaked. One thing I've learnt is that 'roids work best on muscles that have pretty much reached their genetic limit which I doubt yours have if you've spent only three weeks trying to bulk. Why not post up your diet and training regime for the knowledgeable peeps on here to critique? It worked wonders for me.
 
Thanks fore the post colstreamer I think I will do that, over to the diet page fore me ...... thanks fore not posting lame useless advice, hay tell that to the sheep and cows thay pump from day one :)
