Here it is:
5x5 Box Squats
2-3 x 8 Front squat
4 x 10-10-10 seated leg curls (drop sets)
3x 20ish seated calve raise
3x 15 ish standing calve raise
Logic: hamstrings are strong point.
Box lets me go paralell to ground -- more emphasis on quads. Also, I feel box squats put near zero strain on the lower back. Also, i've doing reg squats for so damn long, they just got boring -- thats probably my biggest reason for no more reg squats.
the rest of the routine kinda explains itself. Oh and no SLDL, I do reg DL the day before. no way I could pull of DLing back to back.
