New James Bond = best Bond ever?

I think so.

Sure Sean Connery was very suave.

But 007's are professional assassins. They kill those who undermine national security.

This Bond is more credible. I think a lot more credible.

Sure I liked Connery. He always got the girl..and seemed believable doing it.

Kudos to the producers of Casino Royale...............it was worth $25. It is that good.

Best Bond ever.

Best James Bond ever.

tt come on now... NOONE can beat SEAN CONNERY!!

Daniel craig is good but Sean was the best!!!!!

Casino Royale is great though...

I think the ladies may agree with you. Connery was taller and darker. More swayvee and deboner.

And very sexy....

Mmmmmmm.......

I'd rather have Connery gunning for me. I'd just send a girl his way and he would put his contract on indefinite hold.

Craig would shove the dame aside until his target had been eliminated. He seems to relish the job of elimination.

I am very pleased they have a great new Bond. Awesome series.

Brosnan was OK....quite the ladies man and all. Too slim and polished though.

I agree about brosnan...

They're all great.. I love Roger Moore too...

Noone can beat those guys...

Daniel Craig is pretty good. I'm not really sure who i liked best for the roll, probably either connery, brosnan, or craig, but im not sure which one. id have to watch all the movies again.

im going to definately buy this flick when it comes out. but unfortunately the high def version is only coming out for Blue Ray :(

i shall approach this one with an open mind.

roger moore was just an ageing male model, IMHO

pierce brosnam was a petulant pretty boy tv actor

sean connery was/is DA MAN-N-N-N-N-N!

the new boy looks good, more pumped up (as today's society demands) than connery....dunno about a Blond Bond, though.

Casino Royal was ok... maybe even good... but I wouldn't consider it "great".

Im a fan of Pierce, its just his style I like though, pure class, watch the thomas crown affair or after teh sunset

Yeah he could be smooth, but he was also very believable as an asskicker. He was defiinitely masculine, beefy, and no nonsense. He looked as believable in scuba diving gear while busting somebody's grill, as he did in a tux sipping his martini.

Now Roger Moore was the 1970's attempt to lampoon the whole Bond idea. Pretty popular for the time, but looks like a gay english butler now.

Petulant?

Anyway, I do think Brosnan looked a bit too effeminate and soft when he was younger, but his face aged into the Bond look. I think he made the character work pretty well.

Connery was actually a competitive bodybuilder in the 50's and in terms of his physique and physical presence the 60's counterpart to the new Bond of the 2000's.

yes, petulant. he was offered the bond deal when he was still under contract to NBC for the "remington steele" tv series. when he couldn't get out of he conract he was so happy to sign the year before; he whinned in every magazine and "news entertainment" tv show about how callous NBC was to make him honor his conract.

he was a better bond that moore.......'course THAT is not saying much......

I really thought I was going to hate the new bond, but I think I like him the most now.

He's much more intense and athletic and actually looks like he could kick someones ass.

This will be the best James Bond ever. Timing is good now....heightened interest in pro assassins and terrosrists.

I didn't care for the girl much though.

agreed

i like this new bond. more darkr and ruthless.

the rest were gay suave playboys. They spent as much time doing their hair, as figuring out how to kill the enemy.

in real life - these jobs would be taken by ex-navy seals btw. the author screwed that up. the real mi, basically do desk duty and computer shit.
