I know I'm a guy and maybe it's not my place to say anything but I think women should keep themselves the way they are... Big or small you are all beautiful the way you are made... Just my opinion...

Have you had children? The reason I ask is to try and surmize your skin quality. If the skin is not all stretched out and fairly supple then I would DEFINITELY GO OVER the muscle.

After nursing four rugrats my skin was COMPLETELY SHOT - LOL. So I had no choice really. If there was a way, I would've gone over. Since I have had mine done (even though I have been assured by thems that are "in the know" *wink* that they are "just fine") they have moved down a bit and outwards. If I can EVER afford a redo I will do silicone and perhaps over, but like I said, due to my poor skin quality I will probably have to stay under the muscle (for support).

Mine is over the muscle and I just won a power lifting meet benching. They give me no problems at all! Had them for like 6 years now

ALL women who weight train that I know that went under the muscle wish they would have went over. The breast takes on a weird shape at times when you have a little more muscle to you. Mache is getting hers redone soon, over the muscle this time though(and bigger of course) ...

Over the muscle.......Rarely do I see an under the muscle on a bodybuilding or fitness girl that looks right. Average non-muscular, fat female yes, bodybuilder and fitness, no.

Mine are under the muscle ; no problems ; am benching more now than before the implants. Will probably go back in a few years , just to go a little bigger. Gaining some size has made them appear smaller than when I first got them..... make sure you go a tad bigger than normal.......wish I would have

Thank all of you for your time and great info re: my implants.

I just had a meeting with my surgeon and expressed my concerns
w/regard to under the muscle. He has promised not to detach
the entire pec but to put them under just enough to cover the
implant...great guy.

Yes Bikini Mom, I have breast fed (only one rug rat who is now
21 yrs. old. I agree at this stage of the game I need to go under
to provide support. Thanks for the info and the "welcome". Lobo
speaks highly of everyone on the boards and I can see why.

Surgery is scheduled for Dec. 27..I'll let you all know how it
goes. Thanks again and sorry it took so long for me to reply.
