Hi Everyone

As the title suggests Im new on this forum. I did belong to some other forums from my home country but they dont have as much activity.

I would like some advice on my training and diet as well as supplements. I am a 27 year old female 1.67 m and weigh 64 kg's. I would like to come down to about 58 kg's if possible. I am trying to eat six small meals per day and take a multi vitamin and flax seed oil. I also take EAS betagen and EAS muscle armour. I generally do alternate weight training with cardio training.

Please help!! Any advice on training, diet and supplements is much appreciated. Are the supplements Im taking relevant to my goals??

Hi there

I noticed the flag, I grew up in SA and now live in the USA.

I'm no expert, but the first thing everyone will ask you to do is to post your diet. eg
Meal 1 half cup oatmeal/porrige
Meal 3 protein shake
etc etc

Generally losing weight will be the done through the diet first and foremost and cardio running a long way second.

Every meal should contain a protein and people here use www.fitday.com to work out thier daily calorie uptake as well as the macro breakdown regards protien/fats/carbs. Most people are aiming for at least 40% protein as far as I can see, some higher than that. Then there is carb cycling to look at to, do a search on that, as many find that really works.

I always struggle with diet, infact I just ordered Thinz from SA about 10 min ago, they help me curb my appetite.

Ive tried to take those thermogenic type pills but they make me crazy!! My hands sweat everythings sweats and I cant sleep!

Ill check out the website you suggested to get my diet in check. My diet is deffinately the part I struggle with the most. I find it difficult to pack meals when I go to work.

Hi PF! Welcome to EF! Sounds like you are in the right direction and mostly looking for the details & just some general interaction w/ other ladies in the "fitness lifestyle". That's what we do here & we do it well :)
