I feel like I need to introduce myself or somthing. I don't see any place to do that so I'm just going to do it here.

Who I am: 28 married w/4 kids

My goals bodywise: I'm currently 5'7" 136lbs and aprox 18% body fat (by AM calipers, I think my body fat is higher.... It LOOKS higher to me, and the damn tanita scale says 31-36% as a woman but 17% as a man (whats the difference? Fat is fat right?)
Anyway, I am the mother of 4 kids, have weighed as much as 225 (when pregnant) and have decided that when I turn 30 in less then a year and a half, I want to have a body worth showing off. :D Basically I want to loose fat but wouldn't mind some muscle gain too.

My training and diet: I have been following a zig zag diet 35/45/20 for 3 days 50/30/20 1 day but am on day 3 of the ANPD.

I do HIIT 7 days in the am for 60 min

and I have been weight training following a 4 day split reutine designed by a trainer at GHF for the past 6 weeks.

I am not new to weight training, but I am just starting again after a LONG time of not doing any (had 4 kids in less then 6 years, moved accross the country, worked full time and got my BS degree in that time though).

Anyway, I signed up for an elite account as saddlebags but for some reason I am now saddle bags 12. :confused: so I don't know who I will be tomorrow but I've been lurking here for weeks and I like it. :rolleyes:

Welcome! theres tons of info here to help you achieve what you're looking for, be sure to also check out our diet board and women's training forum.
And when you feel like shooting the breeze with the crazy punks here ,we would like to hear more stories from you here on chat!!!

It sounds like you've done your homework and really there isn't too much more than that other than putting what you've taught yourself into practice. Sounds like you know exactly how to reach you goals and now all you need is time to do it. Welcome to the board. I'm known as the smart, yet stunningly pretty guy around here just ask anyone.
 
Welcome/wilkommen/bien venue. I wouldn't put too much faith in body fat calculating scales and just concentrate on how you look in the mirror.
