Well hello everyone, I all new to this Well lets see I'm 28 5'9 i weight is #225 right now I have been on a high protein, low carb diet since like january. I started at like 280 and have lost 55 lbs....since then I am looking to get down to like 200lbs. I started lifting again about 6 weeks now starting to see some alright results. I lift on like m w f then try to do cardo for a 30 mins. 4 days a week..I still have too much body fat and want to get big a riped its starting to show and starting to see results....
I lift usually 5-8 reps depending on the days if i go heavy or medium
just looking to get pretty big, but just want to get really fit and pretty lean
