New here looking to get big

Well hello everyone, I all new to this Well lets see I'm 28 5'9 i weight is #225 right now I have been on a high protein, low carb diet since like january. I started at like 280 and have lost 55 lbs....since then I am looking to get down to like 200lbs. I started lifting again about 6 weeks now starting to see some alright results. I lift on like m w f then try to do cardo for a 30 mins. 4 days a week..I still have too much body fat and want to get big a riped its starting to show and starting to see results....

I lift usually 5-8 reps depending on the days if i go heavy or medium
just looking to get pretty big, but just want to get really fit and pretty lean

Good to have you around. You have come here with the same goal as many people.


With your recent weight loss, it looks like you know the fundamentals of diet, and going heavy on weights for low reps is a good way for most to get some growth.

Keep cutting until you get where you want to be, then lets start upping those caloroies some by adding in some complex carbs and you should slow start to add some more muscle.

The diet and training forums are good resources. Also if you choose to juice it up, we've got some serious roid monkeys here that can help you out in that department too.
