Hey guys, im looking to start my third cycle. First time i used (three years ago) i used EQ alone i was dumb but i liked it felt great. My second was test cyp and deca got some good strength gains and size. Now for my third i wanna lean out a little but get a little strength along the way if possible.
I am turning 30 this year, 5'11 240 i was about 360 dropt down to 190 with diet and cardio but felt to small ,got loose skin issue not gonna have surgery, so i would like to gain a little more muscle mass but lose some of the gut. I train 5 days a week some times 6, about a month ago started cardio again (20 to 30 min a day) i think my diet is in check 300 grams of protien 5 to 6 meals a day all some what clean, i train in the morning and like to lightn up on carbs as the day goes on.
I feel like im just rambling on my grammar sucks sorry just tryn to give u all the info i got to give. As far as gear in my head i wanted to stack winnie, eq, var, but then started to think i need a test so i should drop the winnie and replace it with test i was planning on running 30 to 50 mg var the whole cycle threw and my pct was gonna be the one recomended on this forum
 
For me i would run Test prop eq and var. The prop will allow less water gains so you will have almost 0 bloat. the var is the hotness for strength and lean out. EQ is just to much fun.

1-10 prop 225mg ew (75mg eod)
1-10 eq 400mg ew
7-10 50mg var ed

My last cycle I mixed the test and deca in same dart, can I do that with the eq and test or should I keep them seperete.

1-10 prop 225mg ew (75mg eod)
1-10 eq 400mg ew
7-10 50mg var ed
This is a good plan, though you'd want to run the prop for longer (to middle of week 12 about) to cover the long ester of the eq. I'd also run var 7-12. Start PCT in week 13.

You can mix eq and prop, it would take the bite out of the prop. Also, you can do EQ as little as once a week, though I'd split the EQ in two of my prop pins during the week, and the rest just do prop.

i like this idea but i would extend the var another 2 weaks past where you have it now. like this

1-10 test
1-10 eq
7-12 var
 
ok cool guys thanks for the help, one last thing i forgot to mention i have some masteron also should i just leave that out
