Hi all first time poster. Wanted to ask you all some questions about lifting weights. I wanted to know what are the best workout procedures for me to work on? (meaning squats bench press deadlifts) i want to work on my stomach,pecks,arms,legs back and butt. i was looking at that 5x5 work out but dident know the names of lifts to do and or what thier proper names are.
if you could direct me to a site that has all proper names for each exercise and most important the proper way to do the exercise.
