Just wanted to drop by and say Hi to all. I have never been on a bodybuilding site before, but I have been working out most of my life and Now I am hoping to take my body to the next level.

11inch forarms (lacking I know

best bench 300lbs
best squat 407lbs
best deadlift 475lbs
I am currently trying to get up to 185lbs solid but I am a true hard gainer, I have tried dbol and got up to 174lbs and couldnt break the barrier and since I have gotten off I am down to 168lbs but now the site I got the debol from is on the scammers list so I am no longer getting it. So I have been eating like crazy for the last month and havent made a gain
So I am hoping to learn some good diets(bulking/cutting) and learn more so I can get some gains in the gym.
