Hey you guys, it's good to find another bodybuilding forum! I'm Cody I've been lifting for about 4 years 18 now. But I just keep a stable 315 max usually a 3 rep max, I don't want to get too big. Lady's won't go for that lol. Iv'e used a number of supplements pretty much everthing except hormonal sups (steriod, pro hormones). While I'm a big health nut just wanted to fill you guys in on what's worked for me heres a few thing.. Creatine! Running before and after (for circulation) PROTIEN of course, magnetic thearapy and rope climbing! Yeah the last two are different but probably the best truthfully, I were my magnetic rings at night and after each workout it easy any pain I have and adds tons of cirrculation I even look better for some reason. I go home and climb my rope up and down for about 5 minutes. I could probably not even go to the gym and just use the rope! But I love wieght lifting so much!
