Hey everyone. I've been looking for a long time, but I think I have finally found a MB worth signing up for.

Let me start by giving a little history about myself...

Stats:

138 lb.
5'10"
4.3% BF
Been lifting steady for 2.5 years
Have had a squared away diet now for about 8 months.

Goals:

I am looking to increase my weight, size, and BF%. Just some round about figures to around 165-170 lbs with a BF% around 8-12%. I know that many of you will read this and say I'm not ready for anabolics, but I assure you I have tried and tried for a long time now to gain naturally, with no luck. Since I fixed my diet up about 8 months ago I have managed to gain only 4lbs.

What I am looking to gain out of this forum is support from peers and others striving for their choice body, some helpful information about anabolics from people who have been there, and just overall a place to chat with cool people.

imo 2.5 years of lifting is kinda to soon :\
i started thinking about roids after 4.5years of lifting.
you can do alot natural(at least 1.5year more). increase carbs, fats and maintain good amount of protein. using roids now will do more damage than good...

my 2 cent tho....

Alot of peeps on here can help you out, so i will let them do there thing.

One thing though your BF is VERY low it is impossible to gain muscle being that low. Your natural hormones a surpressed, I would eat and eat and eat and then eat some more.

good luck

The 2.5 years lifting is how long I have been hardcore lifting with no breaks, prior to that I lifted for 4 years through high school and a couple years after. I even took some weight training classes in highschool and college. I did take a break due to an injury to my knee prior to the las 2.5 years for about 6 months then got back into it as soon as I healed up.

As far as increasing my intake, I am eating 6500 calories a day now with a 50/25/25 ration of carbs/fats/proteins, Right now I am at the point where I dont think I can physically eat anymore without popping. LOL.

goddamn it! what i would do to have bodyfat% that was under 9 or 10 %! this should be really easy for you. there are a few effective ways to get the gains you're looking for. shit...a simple test/dbol cycle would do you great with a good base like deca or eq especially if you are already taking in 6500 calories/day. then a solid pct to help keep your gains. BTW...how old are you bro?

Even if you've been lifting for 10 years, doesn't mean you have what it takes to get run a successful cycle. Bring your weight up naturally first, then think about roids. Your cycle right now should entail:

FOOD 3,000 cals/day Weeks 1-4
FOOD 3,500 cals/day Weeks 5-10
FOOD 4,000 cals/day Weeks 11-20

REST 8hrs/night Weeks 1-20
TRAINING 4-5days/week Weeks 1-20

PCT:
A week off from weights, Weeks 21-22

Come back in 22 weeks, jabba

There's no way you eat 6500 calories every day and you weigh 138 at 5'10, below 5% bf. You would be a freak of nature if that was the case. Chances are you do not keep a detailed log of what you eat. I sometimes eat 6000+ calories and I'm on steroids at about 250lbs.

I'm not flaming you, just trying to help.

It's been mentioned already, but your bodyfat isn't close to what you'd need in order to grow. @ 138lbs and 5'10" you're just a baby in the game.....lift for a few more years and get in to the 180lbs+ range at least before you think about AAS.

Diet and lifting alone will boost you up from 138lbs........consider where you are at now just base, you've got a long way to go, bro.

 Good luck to you. Everyone on here including myself is always ready to help in any way we can. If you want to put on some weight and some muscle juice will definatly help you do that. Sounds like you have a extremely high metabolism. High calories and dont bother watching your fat intake on a cycle if you choose to do one with bf in the4% range you can use the fat.
