I just wanted to say hello to all,and I have been talking to a few guys from the board already,and they are a great bunch of guys,but I just wanted to check in and let everyone know I am here now too!!
I took a couple of years off do to a bunch of stress and bad luck,and because it was getting real hard to find good people in the iron game,but I am back now and am looking forward to a great new start!!
I am 5'7" and weigh 206!! I use to hold the bench press record for the 198lb class in 95,96,97 benching 540 at 195lbs,and I won the empire NY state bodybuilding show in 97! I plan on competing again in Novem.,at another bodybuildig show! my best dead,and squat was : 670 dead,and 635 squat!!
its funny even though I have done so much and know a ton of people,after reading some of the posts I feel like so much has changed!!!
