Hello, i am brandon
I am 25 and have 9 years of persistant experience in weight training and nutrition. I am 6'2" 195-200lbs. 3-4%bf. I have done 3 cycles before. I am looking to start a new cycle soon but it has been 3 years since my last and I have been out of the loop a little bit. I would like to gain about 25lbs over the course of this year. Any advice would be appreciated.

Are you sure you are only 3-4% bf....I was around that at the age of 20, but only weighed 145lbs and felt like shit all the time....light headed, fatigued and then some due to extremely low bf.....who measured your bf index??
 
Welcome and read, read, read, tons of super interesting stuff. I tend to think the body fat percentage thing is all messed up. Unless you are getting weighed underwater in a proper lab the results are guaranteed to be absurd. Like those scales that give you you BF%. Calipers only slightly better.
