im new to the site so i wanna start off by saying hi to everyone. i been lifting alittle with no set routine,i also been doing alot of cardio to get the weight down some.im 5'9 209lbs naturally big. im in the process of getting a set diet started and i will be getting protein and creatine.i got some ideas of how to set up a routine but any help will be appreciated im looking to hit the gym 5 days a week,thanks guys!
