New flax shake alternative

What's up guys. I have been experimenting with the flax seed shake and have discovered something: banana and flax flavors go together. It's true, I used to grind up my flax seeds and add a tsp of PB to my shake, but today I tried half a banana instead and it tasted MUCH better. Now flax is nobody's favorite but somehow putting banana in there makes it taste RIGHT, if you know what I mean.

Use this knowledge for good, not evil.

I don't think half a banana is going to add a significant amount of carbs--compared to the carbs in the WPC and the milk, I would hazard to say it's not significant. Plus it's pretty low GI.

Maybe fat free, sugar free banana jello would do, if you're that worried? If they make the stuff??
 
Damn- I love my Udo's oil, I put it in my shakes on my salads, on my brocoli, in my cottage cheese, I love the taste of it. The stuff rocks, and definately help in acheiving those extra calories.
