yes we train together sometimes if our schedule's work. she does her own thing at the YMCA were she teaches aerobics and personal train's. it is nice to lift with someone who has motivation cause my last traing partner who is a friend of mine was a pussy!! when it comes to training she runs circles around him as far as getting into it. but for the most part it is great but when i hit it hard this fall she will have to keep up!!!!!!
