Nice, so you did get the 245. Great job. Technique can go a long way in the lifts so practice up and work on getting stronger and faster. You might also try working on technique and speed with lighter weight and hitting low box squats and some good mornings (I can't remember the last time I gave someone PL advice here). See how they carry over after a period of including them.

I don't think that you should do singles for a few weeks, maybe 3-6 rep range.

Great job on the PR. I knew you had it in you if you lowered the number of reps with the lighter weight. Congratulations.

congrats. i don't doubt for a second you could have done the 255. maybe if you took 225 as a warmup, then skipped right to 255.

Figured out that there is something off with my form. I am going to work on the form for a while well I am dieting.

if your sticking point is off the floor, start deading standing on a 100lb plate, or use 35's instead of 45's on the bar. do either of these for a month and ill bet you you smoke 275. no joke
 
VERY nice job. It has to be primarily a form issue with you and/or some small weakness somewhere. I'd really shoot to hit some Good Mornings to hit and find that weakness, strong core work, and make sure that you have on some good deadlifting shoes!!!

Hehehe we will see I wasn't going to try a max for a while but I like crystal. ;)
 
how aboot a salad and a couple of diet pepsis :)

congrats, you pretty much grunted that weight up - with some form work I think you could get 255-265 next time you max

Thanks sweets 315 was something I had set as a long term goal back around the time I did the 245 PR. Now if I could just to squating that much!

Dam that sounds good I will actually be real happy if I could get my bench 1 RM to 225 all in time. It is amazing when I thnk back to when I started lifting seriously what I was doing to the present time.

but you're so young still. you've got forever to do it. lotsa impressive women here, of all ages. you got a real big window, so you have that luxury to plan long term....

Very true I think the strength gains I have made over 5 years just imagine what they will be over 10 OMG I want to hit the gym right now. :D
