New Diet Plan

okay every 4weeks i figure i would like to change my diet around..........

Goals get lean by Jan1,loose like 8lbs of fat or so


Meal1-1whole egg
Meal2-POSTWORKOUT Protein Shake and Banana Or Powder
Meal3-about 2-3cut up grilled chicken breast
Meal4-1cup cottage cheese,1/3oatbran,5egg whites
Meal5-2chicken breast,1/2cup beans
Meal6-5eggs

Supplements is Creatine monohydrate ,Protein Powder,and ZMA
 
Looks pretty decent....

...but try adding some EFA's in there somewhere...maybe before bed or something. I started doing this and it really helped me lean out....
 
when is EFA best to take? if i take 1tbsp olive oil with meal6 will that turn into fat?

and also for meal3-about 2-3grilled chicken breast on somedays is it okay to substitute with CHEERIOS and 1cup cottage cheese?
 
thanx, 1hr before lifting rite? so when i am lifting i am burning of basically THE EGG FAT ???
