Critique my new meal plan ....

Just started my fast Monday
My feeding window is 12-6

Noon
Meal #1 - 50 g of whey isolate protein 2 cups white rice 10 oz chicken / turkey breast

Meal #2. 6 oz chicken
1/4 cup almonds
1 Apple or banana


Meal #3. 6 oz salmon
1 medium sweet potato
1.5 cups mixed veggies


Meal #4. 6 oz turkey or lean beef
1tbsp coconut oil
1.5 cups mixed veggies



Meal # 5. 1cup cottage cheese 2%
1/4 cup dry oats
1/2 scoop of casein powder for taste


Water consumption is 2 gal a day


I do cardio M. W. F and sat 30-40 min at 175 bpm on stair stepper

Also lift m-f heavy one week 8-10 reps

Moderate week after 10-15

I alternate weeks with rep range my body seems to respond very well to that


Goals are maintain muscle wile dropping 2% bf
 
From my own personal perspective, I don't really see anything wrong with your new meal plan because almost every food that I see listed can be classified as healthy foods.
 
I actually am tweaking it now it's really working well for me was worried at first but fat is going down and weight up on lifts and can see more mass in legs !!!! I just hit a Super Bowl 2 hr refeed and going back on fast again for 20 hrs

So this meal plan is for sure going in the arsenal for most cuts !!! Loving it
