Are you taking any fat supplements to help with your lipid panel?
If not, try adding 3000mgs of fish/animal fat and 2500mgs of plant fat.
It will also help you lean out a bit.
 
I only take fish oil for now, but I will add those to my list ASAP.

My current supplements:
Gold standard 100% Whey / 4-5 shakes a day
Gold Standard / at night
Optimum Nutrition Creatine / in my water
1 gallon water/ a day
Multivitamin / 3 a day after eating
Glutamine / 2 after workouts
Milk Thistle / 3 a day after eating
Gingko / two a day morning, night
 
you could take some thermogenics bro or gw sarms or albuterol and possibly forged burner... you have options to help you cut some fat bro... you need to focus the most on your diet and cardio right now and these can give you some extra help along the way...
