New Cycle

Been off for about 8 months now because of bad foot injury. Just got back in gym a month ago going hard...Strength isn't what it used to be but size is coming back on. 34 Y/O Currently 225 pounds 6 ft 1 Body Fat about 20% diet is in check cardio more or less in check (about 3-4 days a week 20 min a day post morning workout). Want to go on cycle in March (prefer 2 months or 8 weeks on and 2 months or 8 weeks off)-any suggestions on cycle durations?

i can get good growth hor. but it's very expensive from Denmark about $1200 a kit (advise on this and pricing)? The reason i am consiudering growth is to lean out and gain muscle as a friend of mine is doing WINNY/Tren/Deca with the GH and he is lean as hell, again any suggestions on this run for example? I also heard T3 and Clen works well but i never did it so i dont no about it

Last cycle approx 8 months ago was 16 week test prop/tren ace/mast/var (i liked this cycle but am open to a new one where I wont bloat and lean out shred a little)..

If you do not want the bloat, I would do a low Test /EQ /Var combination
Week 1-16
Test 500mg per week
EQ 600 mg per week
Week 1-7
Anavar 40mgs per day

This should keep your strength gains and lean you out.

I like the cycle you mentioned but its 16 weeks long , correct? I wanted to try and correct me if im wrong a 2 month on 2 month off cycle. Is this not a good route? and if so what would be a good combo for this type of length cycle?
 
what about instead of GH (i dont like sides from GH anyway) to shed weight and cut up?

is this good?

T3 30ml @ 100mcg/ml

If so should i do this while off cycle or together with a cycle when i go on?

I'm not a fan of the clen and t3 personally and don't ever recommend it. If you can get another GH source that's the route I'd go but screw $1200 a kit that ridiculous. Unless your a millionaire its crazy to spend that kind of cash on GH. Even if I was filthy rich I'd still rather get more for my money. As far as your stack goes I feel the simple approach is best. You can get more advanced as you get more time back in. Your coming off of a long layoff so a big stack isn't a smart choice right now. Your body isn't ready yet. So I recommend starting small. I'd just go with 300 mg test a week for the next 10 weeks. I'd also run a little GH if you can indefinitely. Then drop to a cruise for 8-10 weeks. After that you can run a couple compounds if you want. Following a solid diet and training program in conjunction with optimum hormone levels yields great longterm results.

1 month isn't long enough to be back training and 20% is way to high BF....
 
Not only are sarms FAR more safer than that garbage called Clen and t3 but ther are WAY more effective... Your not going to be able to melt fat and gain lean muscle with anything like you can with sarms and your general overall feeling of well being will be tremendous... Your going to be so much better off with them... Www.sarms1.com

so whats a good solid cycle to start with right now and time duration in my case being i want to do one? is my 8 week cycle on cycle off not the right approach with any compounds?

I would start off with a sarms cycle first to help things get better conditioned Dylen can get you going in the right direction.
