new cycle question

well ive decided to give another cycle a shot, the last one I did was about 3 yrs ago.
My current stats are
Age 29 5'8'' 193 LBS 10% BF beem training since i was 18, Ive done 2 previous cycles mainly test Sus and Win along with reqired PCT.

Now question is.. since this is my first cycle in 3 yrs should I start it out again fresh to the game?
what do you think?

well ur receptors are gonna be almost virgin so i wouldn't go very much heavier than ur last. What would ur goals for this cycle be?
 
yup I would start with a 500mg ew 10 weeks test cycle with proper ai's and pct on hand..

I would just have adex and letro on hand for this one and hcg and dermacrine sustain for pct.
 
Start low. You will be surprised at the results. You stay nice and lean but you fill out real nice.
You never have to use a lot.
 
Ive seen guys on this thread bulk up from their first or second low dose test cycle and actually shed some bodyfat. I cant wait for that!

given what I do for a job its better for me to be lean. So im going for more quailty, then mass. I do alot of physical work and at times speed and strength are very important

Considering those needs i'd recommend some light stacking. Either:

1)

1-10 test e 250 mg ew
1-10 primo 500 mg ew

0r: 2)

1-10 test e 400 mg ew
6-10 var 50 mg ed

or: 3)
1-15 test e 250 mg ew
1-14 eq 600 mg ew.

All with the appropriate ancilliaries and pct of course.

My own preference would be with no 1. Primo really does the trick with some patience and hard work. No 2 is also a good bet. The test/var combo have been proven good over and again. No 3 might be on the hard side in ur case given its duration but this is to reap the most of the eq and many people will say its not long enough for that. Eq does have the proporties u seek however.

Anyways i hope u'll enjoy a good run.
 
i like number 2 as rambleon as set out but i would run the var for 6-8 weeks, starting at 60mg ED, adjust dose as required. obviously plenty of creatine also

Heh. So would i my friend. Just kept it on the light side considering that he hasn't cycled for 3 years and its only no 2 real cycle. I myself would do it just as u said.

Im a bit partial to the second choice ive seen good results off of this stack,
like i said im looking for more lean muscle then mass, I just hope my friendly neighborhood hook up guy can come through whare im at...LOL
but thanks for the info, if i go with the #2 choice should i do it in 250mgs E4d

just thought about it ... what about Omna with the anvar, I dont seem to recall any one doing that one before what do u think
 
well i never did omnadren but I assume that its not too different from sust. I see no problem in doing this. Multiesters have been developed to insure stability so that would be the main advantage. As I dont really know the precise combination of esters in omnadren i cannot advice as to poking intervals. One note however. I recently read a very good article by AR suggesting that test isnt just test. He concluded that the length of the ester determined the degree of aromatization. This means that the longer the ester the higher the aromatization hence the more bloat. Just something u might want to consider. If u really want to lean out prop would be the right choice but i dont think u should consider 10 weeks of painful daily poking an option.
 
well to be honest im not looking forward to the daily pin pricks, but its a nessesary evil, how often would the Test Prop have to be done?

at the very least eod. I alwys do ed myself with prop because i am somewhat sensitive to fluctuations in bloodlevels. That is: I get acne if things aren't stable enough. Prop hurts tho because of the BA in it. Just so u're prepared. A day after injecting u'll be sore as hell in the muscle u hit. It gets a bit better with time but it never gets painless. U'll need to plan a series of injection sites. I'll recommend at least 6 so it'll be 6 days between hitting the same muscle. E.g.
day 1 right glute
day 2 left quad
day 3 right delt
day 4 left glute
day 5 right quad
day 6 laft delt
day 7 repeat

oh yes i forgot: It helps to massage after injections and it helps even more if u can plan it so u work out the muscle u hit directly after hitting it. Hit the quads on the day u squat and so forth...
