new cycle advise

Hi fellas on my 3rd week of sust 250 2ml, and tri tren 150 1ml. split over 4 days.

question how much hcg would u recomend?

im thinking 500-1000iu a week.

also my pct, im thinking clomid 100/60/40/40. nolva 40/20/20/20.

advise please
