New Chest Workout

We're looking for a new chest routine.

currently doing:
Flat bench
Incline bench
Decline Bench
Dumbell Flies

Any suggestions to get us Kick-started?

peck deck works well for me, also i do dips, heres my routine:

on sunday when i do shoulders i do :
incline bench 5x5
incline flyes 3x12

on chest day i do:
flat bench 5x5
decline bench 5x5
peck deck 4x12
cables 4x12
dips 2x12

my chest routine looks like the following:

Chest intense day
Incline 5x5
Flat DB press 2x10
slight incline fly's 2x10
Burn out on flat bench with one drop set

chest dynamic day
speed bench on flat 10x3
Dips (leaning alot into it) 5xburn out

whats dynamic day mean?

its a wsb term..they do things either max effort (ME) where rhat exercise is done for a max either 1,3,5 reps

dynamic effort is done for speed so its a lighter weight done as explosively as possible

and there you go, couldnt say it better myself.

I kinda incorporated into my volume style routine, to give me a chance to hit the bigger muscle groups twice a week while hitting the smaller grouple just once, while still maintaining 2 days off a week, and not breaking down my CNS to much!

Its my own thing, I really like it though

take a look at walkingbeasts training journal..hes a big fan of doing speed bench work and it has helped him a lot..

Overkill bro...no need for 10 sets of 5, and peck deck is extremely hard on the rotators....in my gym, it's the most rusted out, never used, piece of equipment next to the abductor and adductor.............
