12 inch piece of 2x4 wood throw it under the squat rack step on it leave heels off now load the bar with 5-6 plates on each side .do calve raises untill your calves can do no more.do them with toes pointed inwards then toes pointed out with only heels touching like a duck foot position stand up onto your tippie toes flex um hard then lower it slow

If your doing them correct you wont be able to walk on day 3 then the pain gets less and less to where you will work them every other day.

its the only way i could bring me calves up to 17.5 to match my arms.

dude i would pct something besides clomid then becuase there a number of things that can devolop besides getting a hardon.. such as depression, and loss of size, and gyno etc.. atleast some nolva or aifm

Well lets say you were in my place. Lets say that twice in a row you've come off a cycle without much of a loss in size, without water retention, without acne breakouts, without moodswings or bouts of depression, without hardon problems, and without gyno. Because thats exactly how I am right now. I still feel almost as good as when on cycle and I've kept just as much weight as when i take clomid, only i feel better. So why would I take clomid or any other PCT-related chemical if I dont need to? I dont believe in puttin shit in my body 'just in case' because thats the only reason I would start taking PCT now, almost 7 weeks after my last shot....

I would imagine I would have started to feel the effects of a crash without PCT by now. Remember...7 weeks after last shot without any symptoms of gyno, depression, etc. I'm not recommending this to anyone. What works for me won't necessarily work for you and PCT is just as important in a cycle as the gear is.

chazk - i'll copy that one down for when this new routine i've got is no longer effective and thanks bro!!!

Nope, absolutely no bloat. I don't bloat very easily at all and since I ran the tren the same length as the test it kept ALL water off throughout the entire cycle and even now, 7 weeks post cycle, i'm almost as vascular as I was!
