Ive met Flex several times and he's a great guy.He and Peter Putnam are close friends and im friends with Peter.I think he will be a great pro in the states.

looks good. No enormous belly, probably has a 32-33" waiste instead of 40" like cutler and coleman. By far more impressive than the beasts of today

I met him at Stars of Tomorrow, he was really down to earth, funny, approachable.

There is something about Welsh genetics that is really good. A lot of the lads have BIG calves and quads.

James Llewyllen (who came a close second to James at the Brit Finals) is going to be competing in the Arnold Amateur this year.
