New and need help

Hello to ya'll

First of love your form gots to say that its the best out there.
The real reason for my posting is that i want to get strenght and some size.
And i need to know what routine to bust out. I also want to start taking sust and deca along wit my work out. But need to get it first.
But a good solid routine is what i need to take advantage of the juice.

MY stats are as followed: 5'8 235LBS
 
don't know what your bf is but id say you have enough size at that height. click on any of the Westside links that are posted on almost every thread here. read all the articles there, even if they don't specifically outline a routine or certain lift. you will be entertained none the less. tell us a bit more about yourself. how long you been pl'ing? also i would hold off on the drugs for now bro. westside will do things to you no drugs can duplicate for now. you should easily advance on this type of workout. anyone who doesn't isn't putting their soul into it
 
welcome..i dont know your cycle history but ill tell you this...if its your first do nut run test/deca together..yes its a classic mass cycle but its horrible for a first timer..your first cycle really should be test only and since you havent gotten any gear yet id even say skip the sust and try to get enanth or cyp its easier to keep blood level steadier with those 2 esters than it is with sust..

also you hit the nail on the head you need a solid routine first before you begin to use AAS..i would train WSB style for a few months clean than when you start hitting plateaus then i would think about adding gear the anabolic kind as well as things like squat suits briefs wraps etc etc..

heres a link to an article to help set up a wsb routine however dont just copy this do yourself a favor and read as much as you can at elitefts so you understand why it is you are doing these things..

Lift now, gear later (if needed)

Stick to the Westside stuff and you'll make all the gains you need for a while, above all, educate yourself, all the info's for free.

Rock out with your cock out!
 
Westside is a great plan. Incorporating bands, chains, boards and specific lifts unique to powerlifting will put you ahead of normal "fitness gym" people trying to do powerlifting. Only downside is the special equipment you need. Depending on your lifts, you can improvise some stuff.

Me personally, I have a horrible bench. I'm built to squat. I think Metal Militia's bench program is superior to any I have ever seen or tried, but I find doing thier full workouts pretty much impossible to complete if I'm not on cycle... they usually take me about 2.5 hours each workout. Volume is strongly emphasized. And for me, it works, period.

I only stuff i have ever used was some mexican ish called SUPERTEST 250. I love the results it gave. I went from first only being able to bench on 35lbs plate on each side to doing 3 45lbs on each side!!!!! I did it for 8weeks, first 2 weeks i only shot 2cc on mondays, then after that i did 2.5cc every mondays and wedndays.
 
can you tell me more about the west side style or the routine that you did. I want a big bulky look, Im really interested in getting all cut up. Like Micheal Clark Ducan(blk guy from dear devil) or the blk guy from Dawn of the dead.

This forum is for powerlifting, youre looking for bodybuilding info, which may be why the replies have kind of dried up. Powerlifters arent looking to keep gaining size, just strength. Bodybuilders are looking for size...

Agreed. Not trying to dis you or sound condescending - but in this forum you can get all the education to help you make the PL gains you are looking for. Being focused on the AAS as you are without the education for POWERLIFTING training methods will not move you toward any strength goals you may have.

It sounds to me also like you are looking for more of a bodybuilding style workout as you have mentioned wanting a certain "look". I'm not sure that is what we are about in this forum. I wish you the best of luck in reaching your goals.
