New and I need answers...

Hello everyone..

im 21 years of age, 6 foot and 220 bit chubby and sum solid muscle...Just got on a great diet for the first time in years, I workout monday-friday and rest on weekends...

Questions though... im about to start my first ever cycle running Test alone first for the first 6 weeks...

Im going to do 1 cc on Mondays Wednesdays and fridays...

Then after that im going to stack with Tren..with 1 cc on monday and thursdays..

But my questions are

first does that sound a bit too much or too less for a start... secondly im looking to bulk up a bit but at the same time lean down with solid muscle and keep most of my gains (which i know tren is excellent for)

Next how long should i cycle with tren 6 or 8 weeks??

and ive done alot of research with PCT but what really is the best rest time after a cycle ??

two things that didnt sit with me...saying you want.to do tren in ur first cycle and why do test only.for 6 weeks...first cycle ?.why not.keeep it SIMPLE. test 12 weeks..or test and.kicker ?

Theres 2 things that dont mix. Tren or Deca combined with the phrase..."this is my first cycle"

Stick with a test only, or test/dbol. And you cant really bulk and cut at the same time. Doesnt work that way

Read around the board more. It's easy to see tren shouldn't be ran as a first cycle. Get your bf to at least 15% before cycling. How's your pct look?
 
Im not READY for tren as a first...but im looking to just run test E for the first 8-12 weeks im guessing then throwing in tren...i have done DBOL in the past and hated it gained muscle but fat as welll.... and thats what im asking what do you guys think should be the best PCT for something likie this???

Dont use tren at all. Your not ready for it period. If your gonna do a test cycle then do test e for 12 weeks at 500 mg week. It will take 4-6 weeks before you start to fill it so I suggest kickstarting with an oral. I suggest epistane as it wont cause bloat and its not to harsh. This will yield solid lean mass gains and strength if diet and training are on point. Here is how Id run it.
1-12 test e 500 mg week
1-6 epistane 40-60 mg day(start low to guage tolerance.
1-6 n2guard
1-12 adex as needed at 0.5 mg
4-10 hcgenerate
10-14 hcg 500 ius week
14-18 clomid 25 mg day
14-18 postcycle/unleashed
14-18 daa
14-18 forma
18-22 bridge from ntbm.
Make sure your at least 15%bf before running it.

im going to run 2cc/500mg of test e a week for 8-10 weeks since i only have 20 ml :[ at the moment....and see how my body reacts and what kind of results i get,,, then ill worry about stacking and come back to you veterans with advice... i will use epistane/n2guard then 4-10 with hcg... and pct using nolva and clomid...i will let you know how everything went wen cycle is over
 
My advice would be to not do a cycle yet and get in better shape loose body fat and study this website for a while just my opinion
 
IMO, you are too young for any cycles at all. It is also my opinion that you should max out your natural potential before using any gear at all. AAS are not magic and, IMO, if you use them before getting all you can out of yourself naturally, you will end up with mixed results at best. There is so much information here on the forums regarding diet and exercise, that is where you should be for at least the next couple of years.

Bro dont use nolva. Use the pct I layed out for you. Start it at week 12 instead of 14. I dont put nolva in pct for a reason, its worthless.

build a better base then run epistane if you want to go 4 weeks only. exactly what joeblow outlined but i want you to build a better base first or else you will come back and bitch that you didn't have enough gains

long estered test takes 5 weeks alone to even reach peak levles.. so taht isn't a good choice for you. adding tren halfway through makes no sense, you have no idea what you are doing right now and should read up more instead of learning on the fly and risking fucking yourself up
 
Sounds like your not ready for anything. Obviously you havnt read and researched shit because if you had you would know what a huge mistake Tren is on a first or even second cycle. Your body isn't ready for it. Period. What the fuck is wrong with all you new guys. I want this and I want it right now! I guarantee your not going to get as "huge" as you envision you are and your not going to be able to deal with he amount you lose after. How do I know this? Because your adamant about quick gains. Quick gains are almost never long term. You thought nolva was a good idea. Which shows no research that a) nolva just sucks, why it sucks and that there are wayyyy safer and better drugs and b) that nolva should never be mixed with any nandrolone derivitave. 500mg is too much test for a first time. Why? You will grow the same on 250-300mg wk. Anyone who says you won't is full of shit. This gives you room to grow. 400, then 500mg ect. Why start high. What are you gonna do after that, run a gram? This is provided you know how to train and eat to begin with.
Not to mention you were set to do what 750mg test a week!!!!?

very well said my friend... you need to listen to this advice... its too late for m and im too tired to go off but this whole thread is ridiculous...
