It's a bulking cycle, for sure. I'd like to gain LBM - I don't even really care about cutting body fat, although from what I understand, it tends to just happen. Hoping for 15-20 lbs of muscle gain and as much retention of that mass as possible. Intensity in the gym, nutrition, supplements will all be in order.
I think I'm going to wait about 6 months before I start the cycle, just to get rid of any lingering doubts about my age (just turned 22), and to see what my natural gains look like (although I know at this point. I can prob hope for about 2 lbs of muscle gain and some mild strength gain naturally, unless my bf% is around 18% and i'm bulking heavy - but then I have to cut...etc.)
I think if I can put on 20 lbs on cycle, I would be happy with that level of muscle, and would be ok staying natural and just maintaining it. I don't see myself as constantly upping the ante, to be honest. I like being bigger than 98% of people, but I don't have to be bigger than 99.99%.
Pura, I'm tempted to do a cycle like that, but I figure - there's time down the road for me to stack. I'd really like a more definitive answer on how much the receptors are damaged in the first cycle, because I'm hearing two very contradictory things:
1. You should wait until hitting genetic potential, or having built a large amount of muscle naturally (the latter of which applies to me) before doign it, because otherwise, your receptors aren't primed for the steroids, and the new muscle builds on these receptors
2. You should do a lot with your first cycle, because that's when they'll be most receptive.
Are both/neither of these true?
Now, finally, back to the cycle itself - if I swap out the AIMA for adex, should I be running it throughout the 12 weeks, or only if symptoms appear, or...?
