I recently did jury service and the man chose not to speak to the police, saying no comment. It counted against him and he is now serving life! His barrister was not helping him at all with the defence tho.

Don't say a word, not a damn thing (except when you can manipulate honesty to get out of a traffic ticket, but only traffic tickets).

Anything you say can and will be used against you in court, it can never be used for you.
 
First off I'd like to say, fuck attorneys, when you use one you have already taken a lower position in the court. The attorneys have a superseded oath to the judge, they even bow to the judge wtf??? You are intitled to be the executer and administer to your own lawful person, and the attorney hands that right over to the judge defaulting you to trustee. Secondly, yeah fuck the police as long as there is no person harm they hold no jurisdiction over you, they may throw you in jail or what not for taking this position but if you did it right in the first place you would have a fee schedule in place and will be compensated accordingly for the harm to your person.

Lol to make a long story short the only ways statutes ( highway traffic act, criminal code ect) hold jurisdiction over you is if you are a government agent, but the government won't tell you that obviously they want to control you. Section 35 of the Canadian charter of rights and freedoms and section 72 of the international charter of rights and freedoms are the only two things you need to know. They say exactly what I just said as well as these agreements supersede any statutes. BOOOOOM!

True, but after parking and time missed from work it's not with it. Not to mention having to be around all the trash that's there.

but it's always funny to hear people being charged with

urinating in public
shop lifting
dui etc..

This girl plead guilty to shop lifting, the judge said fine, 90 days in the work house, she says "uhh uhh I want to change my plea to not guilty, judge says too late, sentencing has been passed, this is your 24th shop lifting charge with no time served, i'm hoping time in the workhouse might get it through to you that it's not ok to steal what does not belong to you..

she say, whos going to take care of my babies, he said, the state will.. bailiff take Ms..... into custody..

it's very amusing..
