Never feel sore

I have come to a point where I never feel sore the day after a hard work out. I love the feeling of my pecs being sore as hell the next day after a hard chest workout but it no longer comes. Does this imply that I am in a plateau? Anything wrong with not ever being sore?
 
you need to change it up. find a whole new routine that is far different than what you are doing now. then when it happens again find another. once you have 3 that work well for you just keep alternating those 3. this is what i do and it works well.
 
you need to mix up ur for example chest workout routine...maybe instead of doing bbell bench do dbell....instead of incline flys do flat bench flys.....no what im sayin
 
If ur liftin heavy try some volume trainin - I just finished 8 weeks of in and im suprised my strength has rocketed now Im back on heavy weights. I didnt touch a heavy wight in months, my first shot on DB's I was pressin 140's for 4 reps - easily my best ever.

Volume trainin HURTS - you will be sore the next day!
 
As said about if you are going for power and low reps start doing 10 rep sets, it's sure as hell workin' for me!
 
I just got back in the gym are being overseas for 2 months without working out one bit. I can barely move right now.
 
Soreness does not translate to growth or more weight on the bar.

I never get sore unless I drastically change my program and even then my body adapts quickly. As long as you are gaining strength and size who cares if you get sore or not. I would rather not get doms and be able to train more frequently.

Try Negatives, Trisets, Giantsets.....are you taking any Glutamine.....I know I recover fast when taking that stuff.
 
what the hell is a giantset?, lol.

LOL its when the Giants have the ball on their 20 and drive all the way down to score.
Naa seriously its when you do four or more excercises for one body part in succeession, example Flat Press / Incline Press / Machine Press/ Crossovers. Do all of them in one Set like a circuit. When done once in awhile you can shock the body part and expect some growth.
