Deadlifts are like squats, if you dont have the proper form, you will definitely hurt yourself. I cant help you with the actual online site, but im sure theres plenty of them out there. Even in magazines you can get a really good idea on proper technique. I would get a trainer at your gym or someone who is knowledgable, to watch your technique. Start out light until you have perfected the technique.

whoa dude, is that really mary kate and ashley?
It cant be, those are big boobs.

You gotta link to the fullsize pic?

Stay light until you've perfected form...

The heavier you go, the more you'll lose form and increase chances of injury.

(sorry, you probably already know this, just a reminder)

good links coho...the finnish dead article is a very good one..i incporporate alot of that inot my WSB routine..

Phaded ive only been deadlifitng about 2 years now maybe even less..all i can tell you is i started in my basement with literally 50lbs..was it light? yes the reason was i was working on my form..once i had the form down i added weight if i got to a point where my form sucked i stayed at that weight until my form was good..dont be in a rush for a 500 DL your better off doing 225 with correct form..also i am not a fan of high rep deads unless they are done from a rack..i would keep your reps to 5 or less even if the weight is extremely light

That's great advice wnt2bbeast.

I recently got a form check on my deadlifitng by a veteran powerlifter and it was all messed up.

I've got the strength to pull 365-385 right now, but not the technique. Now that I know proper technique I'm hitting up sets of 3x4-5 with 235 and build it up 5-10lbs a week.
