i'm currently 222 lbs been training hard for the past few months after taking a few years off anyhow.. i've never deadlifted and wondering how much i should start out with and if there are any sites online that have visuals online so i can find the proper procedure.. i'm currently benching 315 raw for 2 reps.. back is decently strong lat pulls for 195 x 10.. thanks and take it easy
