is pretty intense. I wondered if I could use it for other muscle groups, like forearms. I've used it for just about everyting (experimenting) and it makes for a great burn and soreness the next day. Is this benificial, though, or am I wasting time? By the way, i'm cutting, it that makes a difference.
 
That approach works best for muscle groups that are made up of primarily slow twitch fibers, so that would also include forearms. (And that's about it).
 
I have had outstanding results with this program. At least an inch or so in the last 2 years. That may not sound like a lot, but an inch looks like a huge improvment on my calves.

My only mistake is that I never took before pictures to show my calf transformation.
 
It is fast, brutle, and works! I have had great results with it. It still seem strange when I am done working cavles in about 5 minutes!
