I am thinking if she can't prove that your dogs did it other than just her saying she did and you CAN prove that your animals are contained in your yard...

If she does sue, you may want to countersue so that both claims cancel one another out. We live in a very litigious society and sadly, sometimes this is the only way to deal with people.
